All prices exclude VAT at 20%. Larger sites, online shops, custom software and integrations are scoped after a short call and quoted in writing before any work starts.
Questions
The things people ask before they say yes.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the code and content are yours. If you ever leave, you take it all with you.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you don't pay. We will revise it twice at no cost. If it still isn't right for you, we part on good terms and you owe nothing.
Do I need to write the words or take photos?
No. We write the copy from a short call and whatever you already have. We use your photos where you have them and properly licensed ones where you don't.
Can you keep my existing domain and email?
Yes. We move them across without downtime, and your old email addresses keep working.
How do online payments work?
Through Stripe, the same processor used by thousands of UK businesses. Money reaches your bank account in about two working days. Stripe charges roughly 1.5% plus 20p per UK card payment. We take nothing on top.
How quickly do you make changes?
Small changes on the care plan are done within three working days. If the site is down, we are on it the same day.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
No, SolidCode Ltd is VAT registered, so 20% VAT is added to every price on this page. If your business is VAT registered you claim it back as normal.
Where are you based?
We are based in London and work with businesses across the UK. Nearly everything happens over the phone, email and the preview link, so distance makes no difference.
